Who we are
Hibiscus at Home Ltd trading as Hibiscus at Home ("we", "us"), is responsible for your personal data. Contact us at hello@hibiscusathome.com.

  • Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and what you've ordered.

  • Payment details: processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

  • Messages and forms: information you send us through our contact and register-interest forms, such as your country and the pieces you're interested in.

  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to Steeped.

  • Website usage: information collected through cookies and analytics about how you use our website.

How we use it, and why

  • To process, make and deliver your order, including sharing your details with our delivery partners (to perform our contract with you)

  • To reply to your enquiries and provide customer service (our legitimate interests)

  • To send you Steeped and news about our pieces, if you've signed up (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing)

  • To keep financial records (legal obligation)

  • To improve our website (our legitimate interests, and your consent for non-essential cookies)

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run our business: our website and store platform (Squarespace), our payment provider (PayPal and Stripe), our email provider (Google Workspace), couriers and freight forwarders, customs authorities where required for delivery, and our professional advisers.

International transfers
We operate from the UK, and some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

  • Order and financial records: 6 years, for tax and accounting purposes

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
