2. Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you is formed when we send that email.

3. Our products
Our pieces are handmade, so each is unique. Natural variations in colour, pattern and finish are to be expected. Product images are representative, and dimensions are approximate.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in [GBP] and include delivery where stated. Unless stated otherwise, they exclude import duties and taxes charged by your country. Payment is taken in full at checkout via PayPal or Stripe.

5. Production and delivery
Pieces are made to order and typically delivered within 7–10 weeks. This is an estimate. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs checks and carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you to determine a resolution.

6. Risk and ownership
Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.

7. Cancellations and returns

8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, nor does it affect your statutory rights. We're not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your order.

9. Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with each piece. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photographs, text and designs, belongs to Hibiscus at Home Ltd and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to it.
